The BBE Sonic Stomp pedal is BBE’s world famous Sonic Maximizer in a pedal form. The Sonic Stomp can take a tone that is muddy or flat and make it crisp and full sounding. The best way that I can describe it is if your guitar had a cold and sounded stuffy, the Sonic Stomp would be a box of tissue and some cold medicine. Clears the sound right up.
My favorite thing about this pedal is its versatility. You can use it for bass, acoustic, electric and even keyboards. The Sonic Stomp can really clean up your tone if you are playing through an amp, recording direct into an audio interface or even going direct into a P.A.

Most places sell this pedal for $99 but I have seen it online for as low as $55.99 + shipping.

For the most part the Sonic Stomp can really add a lot of clarity to your tone no matter what you are using it for but there are certain applications where this pedal really shines.
A lot of times when you are going direct with an acoustic, electric or bass guitar the tone can tend to get a little muddy and flat. The Sonic Stomp takes your direct signal and gives it some nice rich low end while sharpening up the high end too.
The only complaint that I have with this pedal is that it can tend to squish your tone a bit when you are running it through an amp. That’s not necessarily a bad thing all of the time but when you want a really smooth dynamic tone it can be a bit of a downer.

The guys at BBE designed this pedal to last. I have lugged mine all over the world and it works just as well today as the day I got it.

I would recommend picking this pedal up if your acoustic, electric, bass or keyboard tones need a little clarification. The Sonic Stomp works especially well if you are going direct into a P.A. for live performance or straight into an audio interface for recording.
