The OCD overdrive pedal by Fulltone delivers a high-end sound that can go anywhere from a nice pushed bluesy vibe all the way to heavy rock. The volume, tone and drive knobs are very responsive and HP/LP (High Peak/Low Peak) switch acts as a kind of presence boost that can add some really nice overtones to the high end of your sound. Great for soaring leads! It’s a little expensive but if you are into a high quality build and a unique sound this pedal might be for you.

Wow! I thought my amp sounded great before I got this pedal. I have never played through an overdrive pedal that actually added dynamics to my rig but the OCD delivers. The overtones that this little pedal produces through a cranked tube amp are pretty amazing.
The OCD got a lot more aggressive than I though it would without sounding shrill or harsh. The pedal cleans up nicely too but if you are looking for a super smooth more subdued TS808 or TS9 sound you might not dig this hotter sounding pedal.

Fulltone delivers rugged products that can keep up with the road but I did notice that the stock knobs kept coming loose. I just change them out with another type of knobs so I wouldn’t have to deal with them.

I would recommend getting this pedal if you are into blues, blues rock, rock, hard rock or country. Doesn’t hurt if you have some extra cash just lying around too.
