Yamaha FG830
Full Sounding Dreadnaught
This guitar (along with its predecessor the FG730) is one of the most legendary “value for money" guitars in existence. Its punchy tone, and great build quality at such a reasonable price point have made it one of the best selling guitars in the world.
To hear them in action check out this Mick and Pete demo for Andertons of the whole Yamaha FG range here:

Yamaha APX600
Cutaway Electric-Acoustic
Onboard piezo pickups, a cutaway for upper fret access, and a thin body make this one of the best gigging acoustics you can find anywhere near this price. Great feel and quality control as can be expected from a Yamaha guitar.
Pete and Joss from Andertons reveal the secrets of the APX600 here:

Epiphone AJ-220S
Jumbo Tone
Solid Sitka spruce top, mahogany neck, and solid hardware. Built similarly to the Yamaha FG830, the AJ-220S makes the classic big-body Gibson acoustic sound accessible for any guitar player. A solid choice in this price range.
Pete and Joss (there aren’t many well filmed acoustic review channels) from Andertons included the Epiphone AJ-220S in a three affordable acoustic guitars shootout video:
