Beginner Guitar Lessons - Lesson 12/12
Congratulations! You made it through the Beginner Guitar Quick-Start Series. So, what should you do now? The most important thing for you to do as a beginner is set some attainable goals. Many guitarists don’t know what to practice because they haven’t defined what they want to learn. Set some goals. They can be as simple as learning all of your open chords, learning a specific song, or learning some guitar scales. The important thing is that you have a goal. This will give your practice time a purpose and direction.
By getting through the entire Beginner Guitar Quick-Start Series should now have a firm grasp of many of the fundamental techniques and concepts required to play the guitar. You should be able to identify the parts on your guitar, tune your guitar, strum your guitar, play four essential chords, and even play music. All these techniques will form a solid foundation for the many other things you'll be learning in the future.
